J-SAFE Connect system represents the next generation of temporary edge protection systems. The system has two methods of attachment, both having cost saving benefits over traditional socket and post systems.
CONNECT insitu use a cast-in anchor that is embedded into the concrete simply by placing into the wet concrete during the pour. This provides a robust anchor point for dividag threaded connectors to bolt the CONNECT POST into.
The time saving benefits of not requiring to drill the deck for anchors is considerable.
CONNECT EXC is used where it isn’t practical to use cast-in anchors. A hole is drilled 12mm dia. X 105mm in depth facilitating the EXC bolt which cuts a thread into the concrete. The EXC anchor when removed , doesn’t leave any components in the concrete and can be reused up to ten times.
CONNECT Posts are suitable with strip and build shoring systems i.e. PERI skydeck, RMD Aerodeck, Mevadec etc. Or tableform systems i.e. Ishebeck Titan, Dokaflex, etc. FASTER, STRONGER & SAFER
